Are all products 100% authentic and genuine?
Yes, every single product on The Bee's Nest is 100% authentic. We only source from authorized distributors and official brand partners. We personally verify suppliers to ensure no counterfeits ever reach you. When you buy from us, you're getting the real deal – no exceptions.
What are your shipping options and times?
We offer standard and express shipping with tracking. Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday). Delivery times vary by location – you'll see estimated times at checkout. Once shipped, you'll get a tracking number via email.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No cash on delivery. All orders are to be
completed by card payment at the point of checkout.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original packaging, and undamaged. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened rolling papers, filters, lighters, or consumables. Contact us at support@thebeesnest.com with your order number.
Are your packages discreetly packaged?

How do I check if a product is in stock?
All products shown are in stock unless marked as "Out of Stock" or "Pre-order". If something sells out (especially limited collabs), we update instantly. Use the "Notify Me" button on any out-of-stock item to get emailed when it's back.
